Will Shenzhen IP cameras work with my existing NVR or VMS?
Yes, where they share ONVIF support. We specify cameras to ONVIF Profile S/G/T so they integrate with standards-based NVRs and video-management systems. If you run a specific brand of recorder or VMS, tell us at brief stage and we confirm interoperability with the factory before ordering.
Can the cameras be supplied white-label or with our own branding?
Yes. The Shenzhen OEM ecosystem is built for white-label supply, housing colour, logo, firmware splash and app branding can all be specified. Minimum order quantities for custom branding are higher than for stock models; we confirm the MOQ for your spec at quote stage.
Are the cameras compliant for my market?
For the EU and Northern Ireland we verify a manufacturer-signed EU Declaration of Conformity covering the LVD, EMC, RoHS and, for wireless models, RED. For other markets we check the equivalent: UKCA or CE plus PSTI in Great Britain, FCC in the US, ISED in Canada, RCM in Australia, TDRA in the UAE. In the US, cameras from FCC Covered List companies such as Hikvision and Dahua cannot be authorized, so we source from manufacturers that are not on the list.
What import duty applies to CCTV cameras from China?
It depends on the exact HS code and your country. In the EU, television cameras and digital recorders commonly attract 0–4.1%; in the UK, US, Canada and Australia the rates and rules differ. Import VAT or GST is added at your local rate. We confirm the code and give you a landed cost before you commit.
