Electronics direct from Shenzhen factories, with the paperwork Europe actually asks for.
Portable power stations, home battery storage, smart home devices, IP cameras, smartwatches and chargers, made by the factories that build them for global brands. We check the certificates against European rules before you pay, and inspect every order before it ships.
The short answer: We source electronics direct from Shenzhen factories for EU importers. Products need CE marking under the relevant directives, including the Radio Equipment Directive cybersecurity rules since 1 August 2025, an EU-based responsible person under the GPSR, and WEEE and battery compliance. We check the paperwork before you pay.
The cheapest part of importing electronics is the product. The expensive part is the paperwork you did not check.
Electronics fail at the border, not in the factory: a missing certificate, a test report for a different model, a battery shipped without its transport test, a radio device without the approval your market needs. Each one can mean a held shipment, a relabelling job or stock you cannot legally sell.
We start from the rules where you sell. Before a deposit is paid we check that the factory's certificates and test reports cover the exact model for Europe, then we inspect the goods before they leave Shenzhen.

- Inspected before shippingPre-shipment inspection on every order: function, safety, packaging and labelling.

Update, 1 November 2026: The EU is expected to introduce a €2 per-item handling fee on distance-sale (B2C) parcels from 1 November 2026. It was still a draft in October 2026, so check its final status before you price B2C shipments. Source
Checked 16 October 2026. Rules change, so we confirm what applies to your exact products and HS codes in your quote. This is general guidance, not legal or tax advice.
Import VAT: the rate of your country
Import VAT is charged at the standard rate of the member state of import, which ranges from about 17% to 27%. Deferment and postponement schemes differ by country.
SourceLow-value parcels: €3 per item
The €150 customs duty exemption ended on 1 July 2026. A temporary €3 duty per item (per tariff line) now applies to B2C distance sales up to €150, until 1 July 2028. B2B imports pay normal duty and VAT.
SourceEORI number
You need an EU EORI number, issued by the member state where your business is established. Non-EU businesses register in their first member state of import.
SourceDuty: check TARIC
Duty depends on the exact code and can include anti-dumping measures on Chinese-origin goods. We check TARIC for your products before we quote.
SourceCE and RED cybersecurity
Radio products need CE marking under the Radio Equipment Directive. Since 1 August 2025 its cybersecurity requirements apply to internet-connected radio equipment, until the Cyber Resilience Act takes over in December 2027.
SourceGPSR responsible person
A product cannot be placed on the EU market unless an economic operator established in the EU is responsible for it, named with contact details on the product, packaging or accompanying document.
SourceBatteries Regulation
Batteries need the separate-collection symbol (since 18 August 2025), with QR codes, battery passports for larger batteries and replaceable portable batteries coming from 2027.
SourceShipping from Shenzhen to Europe.
Express couriers deliver door to door from Shenzhen to most EU countries. It is the fastest route for phones, parts and samples, and we confirm the transit time with the carrier in your quote.
Larger orders go by sea from Yantian or Shekou to Rotterdam, Antwerp or Hamburg. Sailing times depend on the carrier and the season, so we include the forwarder's current schedule with your price. China–Europe rail is often faster than sea for inland Europe.
