Your own brand, made in China and delivered to Europe, without losing control of it.
Private label and OEM products, custom moulds and printed retail packaging from vetted factories in Shenzhen and Dongguan. We manage samples, tooling ownership, quality control and shipping, so you build a brand instead of chasing suppliers.
The short answer: We manage private label and OEM production in Shenzhen and Dongguan for EU brands. Every product placed on the EU market needs an EU-based responsible person under the GPSR, named on the product or packaging, plus CE marking where a directive applies.
The first order is easy. It is the third order, with a different material and no one telling you, that breaks a brand.
Private label goes wrong slowly. The golden sample was perfect, then the factory swaps a material to protect its margin, or a subcontractor makes your packaging, or your mould turns up in someone else's product. By the time reviews tell you, the stock is already on the water.
We put a team on the ground between you and the factory. Golden samples signed and kept, tooling ownership in writing, inspection against your specification on every run, and one person you can call.
- Vetted factoriesManufacturers checked in person, with business licences, capacity and real production lines verified.
- Samples and tooling managedGolden samples signed off and stored, moulds made to your spec with ownership in writing.
- Packaging that sellsPrinted retail boxes, inserts, barcodes and labels made to your artwork in Dongguan.
- QC on every runInspection against your specification before every shipment, not just the first.
What applies when you bring private label into Europe.
Update, 1 November 2026: The EU is expected to introduce a €2 per-item handling fee on distance-sale (B2C) parcels from 1 November 2026. It was still a draft in October 2026, so check its final status before you price B2C shipments. Source
Checked 16 October 2026. Rules change, so we confirm what applies to your exact products and HS codes in your quote. This is general guidance, not legal or tax advice.
Import VAT: the rate of your country
Import VAT is charged at the standard rate of the member state of import, which ranges from about 17% to 27%. Deferment and postponement schemes differ by country.
SourceLow-value parcels: €3 per item
The €150 customs duty exemption ended on 1 July 2026. A temporary €3 duty per item (per tariff line) now applies to B2C distance sales up to €150, until 1 July 2028. B2B imports pay normal duty and VAT.
SourceEORI number
You need an EU EORI number, issued by the member state where your business is established. Non-EU businesses register in their first member state of import.
SourceDuty: check TARIC
Duty depends on the exact code and can include anti-dumping measures on Chinese-origin goods. We check TARIC for your products before we quote.
SourceGPSR responsible person
Every consumer product needs an EU-based economic operator responsible for it, named on the product or packaging. For private label, that is usually you as the brand owner or importer.
SourceCE marking where it applies
Electrical, radio, toy and other regulated products need CE marking and a Declaration of Conformity before they are placed on the EU market. We check this at the specification stage.
SourceShipping from Shenzhen to Europe.
Express couriers deliver door to door from Shenzhen to most EU countries. It is the fastest route for phones, parts and samples, and we confirm the transit time with the carrier in your quote.
Larger orders go by sea from Yantian or Shekou to Rotterdam, Antwerp or Hamburg. Sailing times depend on the carrier and the season, so we include the forwarder's current schedule with your price. China–Europe rail is often faster than sea for inland Europe.
