Wholesale phones and parts for European shops, tested in Shenzhen before they ship.
Used and refurbished iPhones, new Android phones, tablets, screens, batteries and repair parts, bought on the Huaqiangbei market floor by our own full-time buyer and tested one by one. You watch your batch on video before you pay the balance. Wholesale only, by the batch.
The short answer: We buy phones and parts in Shenzhen's Huaqiangbei market, test every unit and ship door to door anywhere in the EU. Import VAT is charged at the rate of the country of import, new phones must meet CE, the USB-C rule and the smartphone ecodesign rules, and imported used phones cannot use the VAT margin scheme.
Most phone stock reaches Europe through three or four sets of hands. Nobody tests it on the way.
A screen or a used iPhone leaves a counter in Shenzhen, passes through a trader, an exporter and a wholesaler at home, and arrives on your bench having been switched on by nobody. You are the quality control, and you find the faults in front of your customers.
We take the middle out. Our buyer works the Huaqiangbei floors every day, and every phone and screen crosses our test bench in Shenzhen before it is packed for Europe.
- Bought on the floorA full-time buyer in Huaqiangbei, comparing counters and walking away from batches that will not pass.
- Tested one by oneEvery phone IMEI-checked and lock-checked, every screen powered up and touch-tested, every battery capacity-tested.
- See it before you payYour batch on video, with the test record, before you pay the balance. Dead on arrival? Replaced or credited.
- Mixed trade ordersMix phones, screens, batteries and accessories in one order. Wholesale by the batch, for shops that resell or repair.
What applies when you bring phones & parts into Europe.
Update, 1 November 2026: The EU is expected to introduce a €2 per-item handling fee on distance-sale (B2C) parcels from 1 November 2026. It was still a draft in October 2026, so check its final status before you price B2C shipments. Source
Checked 16 October 2026. Rules change, so we confirm what applies to your exact products and HS codes in your quote. This is general guidance, not legal or tax advice.
Import VAT: the rate of your country
Import VAT is charged at the standard rate of the member state of import, which ranges from about 17% to 27%. Deferment and postponement schemes differ by country.
SourceLow-value parcels: €3 per item
The €150 customs duty exemption ended on 1 July 2026. A temporary €3 duty per item (per tariff line) now applies to B2C distance sales up to €150, until 1 July 2028. B2B imports pay normal duty and VAT.
SourceEORI number
You need an EU EORI number, issued by the member state where your business is established. Non-EU businesses register in their first member state of import.
SourceDuty: check TARIC
Duty depends on the exact code and can include anti-dumping measures on Chinese-origin goods. We check TARIC for your products before we quote.
SourceUsed phones: no margin scheme on imports
The EU margin scheme only covers goods supplied to the dealer within the EU, so used phones imported from China pay import VAT on their full value and are resold under normal VAT.
SourceUSB-C common charger
Phones, tablets, earbuds and similar devices placed on the EU market since 28 December 2024 need a USB-C port and USB Power Delivery, and packaging must show whether a charger is included.
SourceSmartphone ecodesign rules
Since 20 June 2025 new smartphones placed on the EU market must meet ecodesign rules, including battery durability and spare parts availability, and carry the EU energy label.
SourceShipping from Shenzhen to Europe.
Express couriers deliver door to door from Shenzhen to most EU countries. It is the fastest route for phones, parts and samples, and we confirm the transit time with the carrier in your quote.
Larger orders go by sea from Yantian or Shekou to Rotterdam, Antwerp or Hamburg. Sailing times depend on the carrier and the season, so we include the forwarder's current schedule with your price. China–Europe rail is often faster than sea for inland Europe.
The risk sits with us, not you.
See your batch before you pay the balance. After your deposit, we buy and test your batch in Shenzhen and send you the video and the test record for your parts: your models, your grades. You pay the balance only when you are happy with what you have seen.
Dead on arrival? Replaced or credited. If any part arrives dead or fails our stated test spec, send us a photo or a short video within 14 days. We replace it free on your next order, or credit it.
Parts damaged while being fitted are not covered. That is the only fine print.

About the team →Phones & Parts for Europe, answered.
Can I use the margin scheme on imported used phones in the EU?
No. The margin scheme covers only goods supplied to the dealer within the EU, so used phones imported from China pay import VAT on their full value.
What happened to the EU €150 duty exemption?
It ended on 1 July 2026. A temporary customs duty of €3 per item, counted per tariff line, now applies to B2C distance sales of consignments up to €150 until 1 July 2028. Business imports pay normal duty and VAT.
Do you deliver to every EU country?
Yes. We ship door to door by express or by sea and rail to your forwarder, anywhere in the EU. We have German-language pages for Germany and Austria and work in English everywhere else.
