Heavy machinery is not a Guangdong industry. China's machine-tool, casting, forging and structural-steel base sits in Henan, Hunan, Jiangsu, Anhui and the provinces around them. Compliance for Chinese machinery in your market
Every market sets its own rules for machinery, so we check compliance at source against yours. In the EU, the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) applies. The EU Declaration of Conformity must be signed by the manufacturer or its EU authorised representative. It must reference the specific harmonised standards (EN ISO 4413 for hydraulics, EN ISO 13849 for safety-related parts of control systems, plus product-specific standards) and be backed by a complete technical file. Great Britain uses UKCA marking, with CE marking currently accepted for many product types, and we confirm which marking your unit needs. For other markets, we confirm the standards your market requires before you place the order.

For the EU, that means the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC: the EU Declaration of Conformity, an EC type-examination certificate where the machine falls under Annex IV, and a technical file referencing the relevant harmonised standards (EN ISO 4413, EN ISO 13849, plus product-specific standards). For other markets, we confirm the standards your market requires before you order.
How do you evaluate which factory is right for my brief?
We match every brief against the relevant inland-China cluster, not a fixed supplier list. For each category we keep a working shortlist of vetted factories, usually two to four per product type. We assess each one against your spec, MOQ, lead time, spare-parts access and price. You see a comparison with FOB pricing and inspection data before you commit. Ériu is brand-independent. Factory production usually takes 4–8 weeks, depending on the unit. Shipping time depends on your destination port and the carrier, so we confirm the carrier schedule in the quote. We build compliance checks into the end of production, so the unit is verified before it loads.
Do you provide after-sales support and spare parts for Chinese machinery?
Yes. Spare-parts sourcing for inland-China brands is part of the standard offer. Parts ship by air or by sea, depending on how urgent they are, and we confirm the schedule when you order. For fleet operators, we agree a recommended parts list with the original order so future spares move quickly. We supply and ship only. For field service, we point you to the brand's service network in your market where one exists.
