How we test

"Tested" is a word every supplier uses. Here's what it means here.

Screens and batteries are tested one by one. Small parts are tested from every batch. Every failure is pulled in Shenzhen, and every pass is recorded against your order. Then you see it on video before you pay the balance.

Pixels Uniformity Touch grid Passed

The short answer: every replacement screen is powered up on a test board and checked for pixels, uniformity, the full touch grid and fit before it is packed. Every battery is capacity-tested and date-checked. Small parts are function-tested from every batch. Parts that fail stay in Shenzhen, and you receive the test record and a video of your batch before you pay the balance.

Failures stay in China

You never pay to ship a part that failed.

Testing happens after we buy in the market and before anything is packed. A screen with a dead line or a weak touch layer is pulled from your batch there and then. It never gets a label, a box or an air waybill with your name on it.

That is the whole idea: move the moment of discovery from your bench, with a customer waiting, to ours, a few kilometres from where the part was made.

Passed: packed for you Failed: stays in Shenzhen

Your proof, not ours

A video of your batch. A record for every part.

Before you pay the balance, you receive a video of your actual parts being tested and the test record for the batch: models, grades, quantities, results. Keep it. If a part ever gives you trouble, the record tells us which batch it came from.
