Dead on arrival? Replaced or credited.
If any part arrives dead or fails our stated test spec, send us a photo or a short video within 14 days. We replace it free on your next order, or credit it.
Parts damaged while being fitted are not covered. That is the only fine print.

Do you sell copy AirPods or copy Apple Watches?
No. Copies get seized at customs and can bring legal action. We supply genuine used watches, checked properly, and own-brand products made under your name.
What is the minimum for own-brand earbuds or watches?
Each factory sets its own minimum for branded runs, usually a few hundred units per model. We confirm it in your quote. Stock models with no branding can ship with no minimum on your first order.
Can these ship with my phones and parts?
Yes. Mixed orders ship together by express, packed and declared correctly for the batteries inside.
