Wholesale phones and parts for Australian shops, tested in Shenzhen before they ship.
Used and refurbished iPhones, new Android phones, tablets, screens, batteries and repair parts, bought on the Huaqiangbei market floor by our own full-time buyer and tested one by one. You watch your batch on video before you pay the balance. Wholesale only, by the batch.
The short answer: We buy phones and parts in Shenzhen's Huaqiangbei market, test every unit and ship door to door to Australia. Chinese-origin goods are generally duty free under ChAFTA with origin paperwork, GST is 10%, phones need ACMA compliance and the RCM, and every phone must be able to call 000 on 4G, which we check by model before we buy.
Most phone stock reaches Australia through three or four sets of hands. Nobody tests it on the way.
A screen or a used iPhone leaves a counter in Shenzhen, passes through a trader, an exporter and a wholesaler at home, and arrives on your bench having been switched on by nobody. You are the quality control, and you find the faults in front of your customers.
We take the middle out. Our buyer works the Huaqiangbei floors every day, and every phone and screen crosses our test bench in Shenzhen before it is packed for Australia.

What applies when you bring phones & parts into Australia.
Checked 16 October 2026. Rules change, so we confirm what applies to your exact products and HS codes in your quote. This is general guidance, not legal or tax advice.
GST: 10%
GST of 10% applies to most imported goods. GST-registered importers can join the Deferred GST scheme and pay it on their monthly BAS, but customs duty must still be paid before release.
SourceDuty: generally nil under ChAFTA
Under the China–Australia Free Trade Agreement, Australian tariffs on Chinese-origin goods were eliminated from 1 January 2019. You need a certificate or declaration of origin to claim it, except for consignments under A$1,000.
SourceThe A$1,000 threshold
Consignments over A$1,000 need a full import declaration. Air or sea cargo of A$1,000 or less uses a self-assessed clearance and is generally free of duty and GST at the border. Splitting orders to stay under it is not allowed.
SourceRegistration
Importers are identified in the ABF Integrated Cargo System by their ABN. A licensed customs broker can register you and lodge declarations on your behalf.
SourceACMA rules and the RCM
Before a phone is supplied in Australia it must meet ACMA standards, the supplier must be registered as a responsible supplier, and the phone must carry the RCM. A CE mark on its own is not enough.
SourceThe 000 rule after the 3G shutdown
Carriers must block phones that cannot call 000 over 4G, including phones that fall back to 3G for emergency calls. Blocking is by model, so we check each model for VoLTE emergency calling before we buy for Australia.
SourceUsed phones: IMEI blocking
Phones reported lost or stolen are blocked on Australian networks, and carriers will not unblock them for a new owner. Every used phone we ship is IMEI-checked before we buy it.
SourceShipping from Shenzhen to Australia.
Express couriers deliver door to door from Shenzhen to Australia. It is the fastest route for phones, parts and samples, and we confirm the transit time with the carrier in your quote.
Larger orders go by sea from Yantian or Shekou to Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Sailing times depend on the carrier and the season, so we include the forwarder's current schedule with your price.
The risk sits with us, not you.
See your batch before you pay the balance. After your deposit, we buy and test your batch in Shenzhen and send you the video and the test record for your parts: your models, your grades. You pay the balance only when you are happy with what you have seen.
Dead on arrival? Replaced or credited. If any part arrives dead or fails our stated test spec, send us a photo or a short video within 14 days. We replace it free on your next order, or credit it.
Parts damaged while being fitted are not covered. That is the only fine print.

About the team →Phones & Parts for Australia, answered.
Will imported phones work on Australian networks?
Only if they can make emergency calls to 000 over 4G. Since the 3G shutdown, carriers block models that cannot, so we check every model for VoLTE emergency calling before we buy stock for Australia.
Is there import duty on goods from China to Australia?
Under ChAFTA, Australian tariffs on Chinese-origin goods were eliminated from 1 January 2019, so most goods enter duty free when you have a certificate or declaration of origin. GST of 10% still applies.
Do I need a customs broker in Australia?
Consignments over A$1,000 need a full import declaration, which most importers lodge through a licensed customs broker. We work with your broker or recommend one.
