United States · Phones & Parts

Wholesale phones and parts for US shops, tested in Shenzhen before they ship.

Used and refurbished iPhones, new Android phones, tablets, screens, batteries and repair parts, bought on the Huaqiangbei market floor by our own full-time buyer and tested one by one. You watch your batch on video before you pay the balance. Wholesale only, by the batch.

The short answer: We buy phones and parts in Shenzhen's Huaqiangbei market, test every unit and ship to the US. US duties on Chinese goods changed several times in 2026, so we quote landed cost at the rates in force on the day you order. De minimis no longer applies, so every shipment is entered and pays duty, and radio devices need FCC authorization.

The problem

Most phone stock reaches the US through three or four sets of hands. Nobody tests it on the way.

A screen or a used iPhone leaves a counter in Shenzhen, passes through a trader, an exporter and a wholesaler at home, and arrives on your bench having been switched on by nobody. You are the quality control, and you find the faults in front of your customers.

We take the middle out. Our buyer works the Huaqiangbei floors every day, and every phone and screen crosses our test bench in Shenzhen before it is packed for the US.

  • Bought on the floorA full-time buyer in Huaqiangbei, comparing counters and walking away from batches that will not pass.
  • Tested one by oneEvery phone IMEI-checked and lock-checked, every screen powered up and touch-tested, every battery capacity-tested.
  • See it before you payYour batch on video, with the test record, before you pay the balance. Dead on arrival? Replaced or credited.
  • Mixed trade ordersMix phones, screens, batteries and accessories in one order. Wholesale by the batch, for shops that resell or repair.
Importing into the US

What applies when you bring phones & parts into the US.

Update, 10 November 2026: 178 Section 301 product exclusions for Chinese-origin goods are due to expire on 10 November 2026. If a product of yours relies on one, its duty may rise. We check this in every US quote.

Checked 16 October 2026. Rules change, so we confirm what applies to your exact products and HS codes in your quote. This is general guidance, not legal or tax advice.

Tariffs change often: quoted on the day

The Supreme Court struck down the IEEPA tariffs in February 2026, and a new Section 301 tariff on Chinese-origin goods took effect on 24 July 2026, with some exemptions including smartphones. Older Section 301 duties still apply to many products. We quote landed cost with the duty in force on your order date and confirm it with your broker.

De minimis no longer applies

The $800 de minimis exemption has been suspended for all countries since 29 August 2025, and CBP made the suspension indefinite in June 2026. Low-value shipments now need an entry and pay duty.

Importer of record, bond and ISF

Formal entry is required above $2,500. Ocean shipments need an Importer Security Filing (ISF 10+2), and a customs bond is required. Most importers use a licensed customs broker.

Country of origin marking

Imported goods must be marked with their country of origin, legibly and permanently, under US customs rules.

FCC equipment authorization

Phones and other radio devices need FCC equipment authorization before they are imported or marketed in the US.

Honest condition labelling

Used and refurbished phones must be described truthfully. We grade every phone against your written definitions and list each IMEI.

Getting it to you

Shipping from Shenzhen to the US.

Express couriers deliver door to door from Shenzhen to the US. It is the fastest route for phones, parts and samples, and we confirm the transit time with the carrier in your quote.

Larger orders go by sea from Yantian or Shekou to Los Angeles or Long Beach. Sailing times depend on the carrier and the season, so we include the forwarder's current schedule with your price.

The Bench-Proof Guarantee

The risk sits with us, not you.

See your batch before you pay the balance. After your deposit, we buy and test your batch in Shenzhen and send you the video and the test record for your parts: your models, your grades. You pay the balance only when you are happy with what you have seen.

Dead on arrival? Replaced or credited. If any part arrives dead or fails our stated test spec, send us a photo or a short video within 14 days. We replace it free on your next order, or credit it.

Parts damaged while being fitted are not covered. That is the only fine print.
