Wholesale phones and parts for UAE shops, tested in Shenzhen before they ship.
Used and refurbished iPhones, new Android phones, tablets, screens, batteries and repair parts, bought on the Huaqiangbei market floor by our own full-time buyer and tested one by one. You watch your batch on video before you pay the balance. Wholesale only, by the batch.
The short answer: We buy phones and parts in Shenzhen's Huaqiangbei market, test every unit and ship to the UAE door to door or to Jebel Ali. Most goods pay the GCC 5% customs duty and 5% import VAT, and every phone model needs TDRA type approval, with a TDRA release permit for each commercial shipment.
Most phone stock reaches the UAE through three or four sets of hands. Nobody tests it on the way.
A screen or a used iPhone leaves a counter in Shenzhen, passes through a trader, an exporter and a wholesaler at home, and arrives on your bench having been switched on by nobody. You are the quality control, and you find the faults in front of your customers.
We take the middle out. Our buyer works the Huaqiangbei floors every day, and every phone and screen crosses our test bench in Shenzhen before it is packed for the UAE.
- Bought on the floorA full-time buyer in Huaqiangbei, comparing counters and walking away from batches that will not pass.

- See it before you payYour batch on video, with the test record, before you pay the balance. Dead on arrival? Replaced or credited.
- Mixed trade ordersMix phones, screens, batteries and accessories in one order. Wholesale by the batch, for shops that resell or repair.
What applies when you bring phones & parts into the UAE.
Checked 16 October 2026. Rules change, so we confirm what applies to your exact products and HS codes in your quote. This is general guidance, not legal or tax advice.
Import VAT: 5%
VAT of 5% is charged on the CIF value plus duty. VAT-registered importers can account for it on their VAT return if their customs number is linked with the Federal Tax Authority; others pay before release.
SourceCustoms duty: 5% of CIF
The GCC common external tariff is 5% of the CIF value on most goods. Some products are exempt or rated differently, so we check your HS codes.
SourceRegistration
You need a UAE trade licence and a customs client code. Importers of telecom equipment must also be registered with TDRA as a supplier.
SourceLow-value e-commerce shipments
Dubai Customs raised the duty exemption for eligible e-commerce shipments from AED 300 to AED 1,000 CIF in July 2026. It applies in Dubai to eligible shipments only, so check before relying on it.
SourceTDRA type approval
Every phone model must be TDRA type-approved before it is displayed or sold in the UAE. Approval is valid for three years, and a test report alone is not enough.
SourceTDRA release permit per shipment
Each commercial shipment of telecom equipment needs a TDRA customs release permit tied to the approved model. Repeat shipments of the same model can use a permanent permit.
SourceRefurbished means refurbished
UAE authorities have seized refurbished phones sold as new. Every phone we ship is graded and described honestly, phone by phone.
SourceShipping from Shenzhen to the UAE.
Express couriers deliver door to door from Shenzhen to the UAE. It is the fastest route for phones, parts and samples, and we confirm the transit time with the carrier in your quote.
Larger orders go by sea from Yantian or Shekou to Jebel Ali. Sailing times depend on the carrier and the season, so we include the forwarder's current schedule with your price.
The risk sits with us, not you.
See your batch before you pay the balance. After your deposit, we buy and test your batch in Shenzhen and send you the video and the test record for your parts: your models, your grades. You pay the balance only when you are happy with what you have seen.
Dead on arrival? Replaced or credited. If any part arrives dead or fails our stated test spec, send us a photo or a short video within 14 days. We replace it free on your next order, or credit it.
Parts damaged while being fitted are not covered. That is the only fine print.

About the team →Phones & Parts for the UAE, answered.
Do phones need TDRA approval?
Yes. Each phone model must be TDRA type-approved before it is displayed or sold, and each commercial shipment needs a TDRA release permit. We confirm the approval status of each model before we buy for you.
What duty and VAT apply to goods from China into the UAE?
Most goods pay the GCC common external tariff of 5% of CIF value, plus 5% import VAT. VAT-registered importers can usually account for the VAT on their return.
Can you ship to Jebel Ali for re-export?
Yes. Many of our UAE buyers re-export across the Gulf and Africa. We ship FOB China to your forwarder or door to door, and prepare the documents for your route.
